We are an event management company specializing in organizing property-related exhibitions, providing a platform for realtors, builders, buyers, and investors to connect, showcase, and explore opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
Before using or accessing this website, please read this Terms of Service (the “Terms”) document carefully. This document is a legally binding Agreement between us and you, the Client for the use of this website or the products and services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”) and as such, we have tried to make it as clear as possible.
For all purposes a “Client” shall mean any individual or body corporate who either sponsors an exhibition, or is engaged in the construction, marketing, and/or sale of residential or commercial units, including but not limited to developers, real estate agents, brokers, or property consultants (each a “Business”), and any individual or body corporate seeking to purchase, lease, or invest in residential or commercial units, including but not limited to property buyers, tenants, or institutional investors (each an “Attendee”). This definition shall apply to all Clients who participate in, engage with, or otherwise utilize the services, facilities, or events provided by Land and Leasure Homes Expo.
By using the Services, you, the Client accepts that these terms are applicable to you. If you do not accept these Terms, we highly recommend that you stop using our Services with immediate effect. If you are found to be in violation of these Terms, we reserve our right to cancel your access to our Services.
By entering the venue or participating in any event or activity conducted by us, all Attendees and Businesses agree to comply with the said Venue's terms and conditions, including policies on conduct, safety, and permissible use. Attendees and Businesses shall be responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its property and for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for their activities.
No Verbal Commitments. All agreements, terms, and conditions, including cancellations, modifications, or other requests, are only applicable if communicated and confirmed in writing. No verbal commitments or agreements from anyone, including us, our employees, or sales representatives, shall be valid or enforceable.
Publicity Rights. By attending the event, all Attendees and Businesses grants us the irrevocable right to capture, use, and reproduce their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, or other media recorded during the event. These materials may be used by us for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, in any form and medium, without any compensation or prior approval required. If any party objects to the use of their image, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Service Exclusions. We are an event management company. We do not own or operate any of the properties that any Business exhibits through us and we do not act as an agent for any of the parties involved in the sale or purchase of any property exhibited with us. We also do not receive or provide any brokerage or other services in connection with the sale or purchase of any property.
Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the contents of this Website, including without limitation, the text, graphics, images, sounds, scripts or any other interactive features and the like (hereinafter, the “Materials”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (hereinafter, the “Marks”), are owned by or licensed to use, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the Indian Laws, foreign laws and international treaties or conventions. The Website may display certain trademarks belonging to third parties in relation to the Services. The use of these trademarks may be governed by licenses granted to us by such Third Parties. In no instance shall you reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such trademarks, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights with respect to such trademarks. The Website and service is safeguarded to the greatest extent permitted by copyright laws, other laws, and international treaties and/or conventions. According to copyright laws, other laws, and international conventions, the content displayed on or through the Website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation. It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or redistribute the Website, the Materials, or the collective work or compilation. It is expressly prohibited to copy or reproduce the Website, the Materials, or any portion thereof, on any other server or location for the purpose of further reproduction or redistribution.
“As-is” provision. Materials on the Website are provided AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the express written permission of the respective owners. We reserves all rights to this website and the materials not expressly granted herein. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of the Materials except as expressly permitted herein, including any use, duplication, or distribution for commercial purposes of materials of third parties obtained through the website.
Cancellation & Refunds. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or other unforeseen circumstances impacting the exhibition, we shall not be obligated to provide a full refund of any fees paid by the Client However subject to our discretion;
a. The amount paid shall be adjusted towards participation in the next scheduled exhibition organized by us; or
b. If adjustment is not feasible, any refund shall be made proportionately, after deducting expenses already incurred by us based on the percentage of the funds remaining.
Kindly note that we reserve our right to cancel your exhibition reservation with you if you do not complete the fully agreed payment before 15 days from the date of the exhibition.
Cancellation by Business. A business’ cancellation request will only be considered valid if communicated in writing at least one month prior to the event date. Upon approval of the cancellation request, only 50% of the total fees paid by the Business will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than one month before the event.
Cancellation for bad conduct. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any Business or Exhibitor without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies or applicable laws. Such actions include, but are not limited to, behavior that causes harm to us, other attendees, damage to the venue, or adversely affects the reputation of the event or other participants.
Disputes with Us. If a dispute arises from or relates to these Terms of Use, you agree to first contact our Customer Support to attempt to resolve the issue. Our support can be contacted via email at llhe.event@gmail.com. Our support hours are Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Indian Standard Time).
Modification of Terms. We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our Website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms of Service reflects the date of the last modification. Your use of the Service following the effective date of any modifications to the Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of such modification. If you do not agree to the new Terms of Service, you should stop using the Service and cancel your account.

Exhibit through us. You may exhibit properties for marketing through us. All exhibitions shall be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any property listing from our exhibitions at any time and for any reason as we may deem fit.
Marketing Content. Business shall be solely responsible for all content, materials, and information, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and promotional materials, used for exhibiting their property at the event. The Business represents and warrants that;
a. The content is accurate, complete, and lawful;
b. Business owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to display, use, and distribute the content;
c. The content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and
d. The content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of this clause. Business agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the said content.
Limitation of Liability. Except as otherwise provided by law, our liability under this Agreement for any claim, loss, or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Business less any expenses incurred by us to fulfill our obligations towards the said Business under this Agreement.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages. In no event we shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Property & Personal Injury. The Business shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to our infrastructure, equipment, or facilities. We shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring during events unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
Force Majeure. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, death or disability, or power outages.
Third-Party Liability. We shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or non-performance of any third-party vendors engaged by the Business for the event.
Indemnity. The Business agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their own negligent or unlawful conduct during their attendance at the exhibition.
No guarantee or attendance or Sales. We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee that a minimum number of Attendees will visit the exhibition or that any specific number of sales, leads, or business opportunities will result from participation in the event. Attendance and sale outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control, and the Business acknowledges and accepts the inherent uncertainties associated with such events. The Business further agrees that we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the actual turnout of attendees or the level of sales, leads, or engagements achieved during or after the exhibition.
Applicability on Sponsors. The terms and conditions applicable to businesses exhibiting with us shall also apply to all sponsors participating in the event. Sponsors agree to adhere to the same policies, guidelines, and responsibilities outlined for exhibitors, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
General Disclaimer of Liability. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by any Attendee or visitor during their presence at the exhibition premises, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused directly by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver. Attendees acknowledge and agree that they participate in the exhibition or any related events at their own risk. By attending, they voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property. Attendees further waive and release any rights to pursue claims, remedies, or legal action against the Company, its affiliates, employees, or representatives for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from their attendance at the event, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.
Personal Injury and Safety. While we shall take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of Attendees and visitors, we shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from the actions of other Attendees, third-party vendors, or circumstances that are beyond our control.
Property Loss or Damage. We shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of Attendees or visitors, whether caused by third parties or otherwise. Attendees are responsible for their belongings and valuable items.
Force Majeure. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in hosting the exhibition due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or acts of terrorism.
Food and Health. We shall not be liable for any illness, allergic reactions, or other health issues arising from the consumption of food or beverages provided by third-party vendors. Attendees are encouraged to verify ingredients and safety with vendors directly.
Accessibility & Amenities. We shall not be held liable for inconvenience caused by the unavailability of specific accessibility features. We can assure and undertake that we have made reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable accessibility standards.
Indemnity. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their own negligent or unlawful conduct during their attendance at the exhibition.
Photography and Media. We shall not be liable for the unauthorized use of attendees’ photographs or likenesses by other attendees or third parties during the event.
